INSANE FOOTAGE! Police Capture Crazy Drugged Up Woman @ City Center Hotel
Wild woman trashed hotel room, rips mans hair out, fights with cops as she live streams! It all happened early Friday evening when police were dispatched to the City Center Inn at 945 J Clyde Morris Blvd in Newport News. But before police even arrived, the woman identified as Moriah Marshall has already been on Facebook live posting the events of the night.

UPDATE 1/12/2026 Marshall has been charged with several crimes (listed below) and will go back to see a judge on Feb 12th (adjudicatory hearing) to determine if the facts in the petition or complaint are supported by evidence. Marshall remains in custody at the Newport News City Jail
This incident appeared to be the result of drug use and after looking over her Facebook page, it seems she took a turn for the worst just before Thanksgiving. Her and her husband/boy friend (seen in the video) were staying at the extended-stay hotel on a weekly basis.

This poor guy seems like the calmest person in the world. Unsure if he called the cops or not (which we normally don't condone) but none the less, she was way out of control as you can see from the videos. In the first clip above, he has a hand full of his hair in his hand. That had to hurt both in pain and pride, a person does not grow dreads like that over night.
