A man was arrested over night after a police call for service to a home off Holbrook Drive in the Kiln Creek section of the city on reports of prostitution related activity. Police detained and booked the subject 29 year old Christian Mitchell of Virginia Beach for propose sex act by communications system with child under 15 years of age, soliciting or attempting to solicit prostitution from a minor under 16 years of age & indecent liberties with a child under 15 years of age.
