The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Hector Juan Morales.
Mr. Morales was last seen on April 27, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m., in the 3700 block of Bertrand Avenue.
He is described as an 83-year-old male, 5′5″ tall, weighing 90 pounds, with short gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue New York baseball hat, a black Polo shirt, gray sweatpants with a black stripe, and gold/tan dress shoes.
