The daughter arrived while I was there, extremely sorry which I think could of raised a lot of questions to everyone on scene. I wasn't interested in causing them any more worries or pointing a camera in their face after that so I left unknowing at the time of all the pets in the home or the accusations about drugs which really could mean anything. Cannabis is legal in Virginia, even to grow so I would guess it's something else.
One resident was clearly upset as she rushed to her mother sitting on the bumper of an ambulance. Over 25 fire/ems units responded to the middle class neighborhood in the north end of the city shortly after the fire was reported at 9:21 AM.
