Is there a MAJOR coverup going on with Pediatrics at Oyster Point? Could C.H.K.D. be the PUPPET MASTER?

Last week, a 66 year old male secretary Robert Raymond Dessoffy was arrested on felony counts relating to aggravated sexual battery / victim < 13. Robert listed his place of employment as the Pediatrics at Oyster Point in the city of Newport News Virginia. Bob has been in the custody of the Newport News Sheriff's Office since May 9 when he turned himself in on outstanding warrants and is being held on a no bond status at the city jail.

Police Ping visited the jail on Thursday to learn Bob's status since he was removed from the Newport News Inmate Locator Page on Tuesday. Unconfirmed reports along with the strange nature of Bob's custody status have led us to believe Bob COULD of been attacked. In addition, Vinelink, which is a victim notification and inmate locator sent us an email alerting us to a "custody status change"

How are the Pediatrics at Oyster Point involved in this?

Robert was an active employee and around a lot of children.

Running searches on the internet will give you the impression of a near perfect business with excellent reviews and rating over several years. Of course you'll see a few bad reviews, but what business doesn't get them? Dr. Brian Butcher seems to be a well established, very well respected children's doctor with a long history of helping hundreds if not thousands of kids. Brian even has his own dedicated personal profile page on the chkd.org domain. 

Dr. Butcher gradated from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, Dr Butcher is currently a board-certified pediatrician at Pediatrics at Oyster Point

Bob and Brian are not only backyard neighbors, they're close friends & business associates working together along with both of their wives at 895 City Center Blvd in Newport News Virginia. They recently opened a new business that specializes in botox treatments. (view Facebook post in the photo gallary above) next door to the Pediatrics center.

What does CHKD have to do with this? As of the time of this writing, CHKD still refers parents to take their children to Dr. Butcher's pratice, Pediatrics at Oyster Point. 

What did Pediatrics at Oyster Point do wrong? Their failure to alert parents that an employee was arrested for child sex crimes and may have come in contact with their child or even put out a statement about the arrest or the steps they have taken to ensure no child was or will be harmed. Bob was arrested on the 9th of May and to date, the only indication any change has been made was the removal of Bob's photos from their website. (included in photo gallery above).

Pediatrics at Oyster Point recieves referrals from CHKD. Just having that affiliation earns the practice a lot of new patients. It's great advertising because parents are trained to trust CHKD through millions of dollars in TV ads and other methods used over the years. CHKD is a well known (brand) children's hospital and they fight hard to keep that trusting status. Millions of dollars are spent in marketing and TV ads requesting donations.

Nov. 2023 CHKD agreed to pay $68,400 to settle civil penalty claims for alleged violations of the Controlled Substances Act. Somehow, CHKD lost 200 fentanyl syringes

Also in 2023, a CHKD partner, Kent Reifschneider, 50, was charged with one Felony count of conspiracy to perform an invasive procedure without a license. 

Spring 2025 - After threats from the Trump Administration to pull funding, CHKD has suspended hormone therapy and puberty blocker treatments for minors children. Puberty blockers are used to delay the changes of puberty in confused youth causing a host of unforeseen problems in the "victims" adult life. Transgender interventions for children are experimental and extremely dangerous. And doctor that encourages a child to make permante changes to his or her body before the age of 18 should be be criminal charged and have their medical license revoked.

CHKD and Dr Butcher were huge pro vaxxers and encouraged perfectly healthy children to be lab rats and unnecessary injected with an product developed by criminal organization that was criminal charged in 2009 for $2.3 billion Pfizer was engaged in schemes to promote these drugs for off-label uses, including paying kickbacks to physicians to induce prescriptions. Pfizer and its subsidiaries have been charged with and pleaded guilty to felony charges in the past, primarily for illegally promoting drugs off-label and for other fraudulent marketing practices.
