City Attorney ARRESTED on Child Sex Charges
A former attorney for the city of Suffolk was arrested and charged with Sexual Solicitation Of A Minor and Solicitation of Child Porn.

Patrick Ross Macaluso, a resident of Hampton Virginia, is being held at the Harford County Detention Center in Maryland on a no bond status. According to court records, Macaluso was indicted on two felony charges on August 26th and had an arrest warrant issued the following day. The victim was listed as being a 14 year old boy.
The former attorney was initially arrested in Suffolk and waived extradited to Hartford county on August 14th to face the criminal charges where he remains today. Circuit court Judge Paul Ishak turned down the defendant's request to bond on Sept 10th.

Macaluso was hired by the city of Suffolk back in 2022 as a city attorney and terminated immediately following the allegations in August 2025. Macaluso's is being represented by attorney Kadish Craig M Esquire of Baltimore, MD.
