Police Ping has found yet another "Welfare Queen" in the city. Kristen Renee Cedeno-Parham was booked into the city jail Wednesday evening and charged with welfare fraud, larceny greater than $200. Kristen was picked up on a fugitive warrant for a direct indictment filed Dec. 29 2025 and has since been released from custody.
