UPDATE #1: (Norcross, Ga., Apr 28, 2025) – David Engram Frazier has been located.
ORIGINAL: (Norcross, Ga., Feb 12, 2025) – The Gwinnett County Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating a 44-year-old man from Norcross.
David E. Frazier was last seen in early November 2024 at Motel 6, located at 6015 Oakbrook Parkway in unincorporated Norcross. According to his family, he intended to relocate to Atlanta near Luckie Street. Frazier is described as an African American male, six feet two inches tall, weighing approximately 164 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Notable distinguishing features include two missing front teeth and a scar on his chest.
