A man who went to prison for shooting someone in 2008 is now charged with shooting another person during a road rage altercation on the Stevenson Expressway. Judge James Murphy detained Jesus Rodriguez, 34, pending trial, saying Rodriguez “has a history of illegal gun possession and shooting people with guns.”
