Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - Major Crimes Division have arrested 31-year-old Robert Deeter of Bethesda, in connection with a kidnapping that occurred on Friday, April 18, 2025, in the 10300 block of Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda.
At approximately 2:33 p.m., 2nd District officers responded to the area for the report of a kidnapping.
