Can Someone PLEASE Take the TRASH OUT? Thief Jayqwan Savage is at it again.

07/07/2025 - Jayqwan Savage has been officially charged with robbery using force and assault and battery of a family member.

It's 2014, Jayqwan has just turned 19 years old and is out riding around looking for trouble. Jayqwan is involved in an accident, but instead of sticking around to make sure the other driver is alright and exchange insurance information (which he doesn't have), he takes off. Police arrive to the scene quickly and chase after Jayqwan. He's caught, placed under arrest a short time later and charged with Hit & Run and Eluding a Police officer. He's sentenced to a couple months in jail (likely time served) and given probation.

On February 7, 2017, Hampton Police attempted to pull over Jayquan Lorenzo Savage and James Anthony Blunt Jr. at the corner of West Pembroke Avenue and West Queen Street for defective equipment. A short chase ended with both men fleeing on foot but were later captured. Police found a large amount of cash, some crack cocaine and a couple of firearms.

According to the Newport News PD Arrest Logs, on July 6, 2025, Jayquan Lorenzo Savage has been arrested on the charge of robbery. Location of the arrest is listed as the 300 BLOCK OF BOULDER DR NEWPORT NEWS VA 23608

Desarae Locklear is listed as the arresting officer.

On July 4, 2025, police were dispatched to the 300 Block of Boulder Dr. for a report of THEFT FROM VEHICLE (unknown if related)
