Nicholas Brandy Schmierer was charged and placed under arrest Wednesday afternoon for Sexual Battery of an Inmate by Employee.

Schmierer was released from the Newport News city jail early this morning on a personal recognizance bond after being taken into custody about 12 hours earlier at Casey Kia on Jefferson Ave.
According to his Facebook Page, Nicholas is employed at Casy Kia located at 11999 Jefferson Ave Newport News VA. He is also listed on the business website (see screenshot in the photo gallery above) as being a sales manager.
The complainant is listed in court records as Sharita Simmons. The alleged crime took place on 07/22/2025
Casey is a well known new and used car dealership with several locations in the Hampton Roads area.
