On April 14, 2025, at approximately 1430 hours, Carlos D. Ellis 26yo was taken into custody without incident in the 1900 block of Hobson Rd. Ellis was arrested on an Arrest Warrant for Murder in connection with the homicide of Nicholas Hennan which occurred in the 400 block of Fairwick Ln on August 3, 2017. Ellis is currently being held at the Allen County Jail on the preliminary charge of Murder.
