Details/Summary:
One in Life Threatening Condition after Crash. At Approximately 1:30 pm Officers were dispatched to the area of 4900 Hessen Cassel regarding a vehicle crash. Once on scene officers located a vehicle left the roadway striking a light pole and a parked, unoccupied car. The driver, an adult male was unconscious. Fire and medics began life saving measures and he was transported to a local hospital where he was listed to be in life threatening condition. It is not yet known if speed or alcohol are a factor. This incident remains under investigation with the Fort Wayne Police Fatal Crash Team and Allen County Prosecutors office.
