Homicide at 500 Bizerte Drive

On April 15, 2025, at about 4:30 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 500 block of Bizerte Drive. The preliminary investigation determined that Toby Raley, 46, shot 42-year-old Hayley Raley before dying from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded, and both died at the location. The suspect and victim were known to one another. This is an ongoing investigation documented under case number 052770-2025.
