Fairfax County, VA – The Fairfax County Police Department actively engages with the community by participating in and hosting a variety of events. These include police district station events, community meetings, and ongoing programs. Getting involved in your community provides numerous benefits, including enhancing public safety, preventing crime, and fostering stronger relationships with your local first responders.

FCPD offers exciting programs for youth and young adults in Fairfax County and the Metro Washington area.
Police Leaders of Tomorrow | Police (fairfaxcounty.gov)
-June 23-27. The application deadline is June 8.
-Open to young adults between 18-24 years of age in the Metro Washington area.
Teen Police Academy | Police (fairfaxcounty.gov)
-July 14-18. The application deadline is June 25.
-Open to any public, private, or homeschooled student entering 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.
Future Women Leaders in Law Enforcement | Police (fairfaxcounty.gov)
-July 28-August 1. The application deadline is June 25.
-Open to Future Women Leaders entering 10th, 11th, or 12th grade in the Metro Washington area.
These programs provide unique opportunities to learn about law enforcement and develop leadership skills. Don’t miss out!
