Fatal Traffic Collision

On April 15, 2025, at 12:15 p.m., deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station responded to a major injury traffic collision involving a motorcycle at Railroad Canyon Road and Church Street in the city of Lake Elsinore. Deputies located the motorcyclist in the roadway. The motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene. There were no other vehicles involved in the collision, and drugs and alcohol were not deemed to be a factor. The Lake Elsinore Station's Traffic Unit assumed the investigation. The motorcyclist's name is being withheld pending next of kin notification.
