At 9:23 AM, Troopers arrested Damaine Perry, age 31 of 1 Cadillac Drive, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I ? V Controlled Substance -Less than 10 grams (Crack-Cocaine) and 2.) Driving With an Expired License or Without a License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane in the City of Warwick. Mr. Perry was transported to Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court for arraignment.
