DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SIMP ZONE 65 DV CBA V1 reported he picked up his fianc D1 from a local bar and they arrived back at their residence at which time a verbal argument ensued During the argument V1 attempted to leave the house in his vehicle at which time D1 jumped onto the driver s side of the truck and attempted to rip the keys out of the ignition A brief struggle occurred between V1 and D1 outside the vehicle D1 had several inconsistencies with her statement D1 was deemed the primary aggressor based upon the physical evidence and was taken into custody
