ASSAULT AGG ZONE 22 CBA D1 was inside North 17 Bar and Grille with V3 a juvenile consuming alcoholic beverages D1 was observed by several patrons pulling out a handgun and shooting off a round inside the bar putting multiple people in fear for their safety According to V3 D1 came to the bar to confront another person A show up was conducted with V1 and V2 who made a 100 percent ID on D1 as the shooter D1 was located by deputies in the vehicle that patrons described fleeing from the scene Deputies secured the vehicle and had it transported to Evidence The defendant was arrested without incident charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon discharging a firearm in an occupied building contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of cocaine D1 Daniel Cortez H M 06 29 2003 2475 W Park Dr Deland
