ASSAULT AGG ZONE 41 Juvenile CBA Deputies responded to an aggravated assault complaint The investigation determined D1 committed Aggravated Assault False Imprisonment and Child Abuse W O Great Harm Juveniles V1 and V2 were driving on a private road when D1 confronted the children with a firearm V1 V2 and D1 all provided statements which corroborated the allegations D1 was arrested without incident his firearm was seized and a Risk Protection Order was completed for D1 Director Quann and the Watch Commander were notified of the incident
