BURGLARY RES ZONE 32 DV CBA V1 and D1 have been in a domestic relationship in the recent past where D1 was arrested for battering V1 and a no contact order was put in place by the courts V1 has repeatedly ignored the no contact order by calling texting and contacting V1 over social media platforms and via a third party On 12 5 22 D1 showed up at V1 s residence unannounced and entered the residence without permission while W1 was on scene D1 left the residence only to return a few hours later and begin beating on the windows While deputies were on scene with V1 D1 was actively texting her multiple messages Additionally there were multiple messages from D1 over the course of several days where V1 had not replied D1 was located and taken into custody without incident and transported to jail
