EVENTS OF NOTE ZONE 49 JUVENILE Deputies responded to the location in reference to a reported stabbing Upon arrival deputies entered the residence and located V1 and V2 unresponsive each with apparent stab wounds V1 was pronounced deceased on scene and V2 was transported via EVAC to Central Florida Regional hospital where he was later pronounced deceased by hospital staff The couple s children O1 O2 and O3 were present and unharmed during the incident On call and major case detectives were contacted and responded to the scene Due to the presence of the juveniles Director Quann and DCF were both notified of the incident
