WEAPONS ZONE 33 Deputies responded to the location of the incident in reference to a shooting with a 20 minute time lapse O1 stated O2 and S1 arrived at his residence and started a verbal confrontation about his sexuality O2 and S1 implied they were armed but never displayed any weapons O2 and S1 eventually left in O2 s vehicle where S1 discharged several rounds from a 380 caliber pistol out the passenger window and into the air While deputies were on scene S1 began calling O1 asking him if he was alone and to be safe O1 explained he hasn t spoken to S1 in several years Deputies went to O2 s residence where he refused to come outside and speak with deputies O2 s vehicle was towed to VSO evidence pending the execution of a search warrant for the weapon or anything of evidentiary value S1 couldn t be located
