SEXUAL BATTERY 2025-02140238 5300 block of 8th Road S. At approximately 11:33 p.m. on February 14 police were dispatched to the report of an assault just occurred. Upon arrival it was determined the female victim was entering a residential building when the male suspect who was standing outside the building engaged her in conversation. The suspect subsequently touched the victim inappropriately before fleeing the scene on foot. A lookout was broadcast and responding officers canvassed the area for the suspect yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a heavy-set Hispanic male in his 20’s approximately 5’7”-5’8” with black hair wearing all black clothing. The investigation is ongoing.---ARLINGTON-VA |
